Pricing, Packages & Hours:

• Standard Hourly Rate: AED 250 per hour.
• Minimum Booking: 4 hours.
• Standard Operating Day: 8 hours.
• Overtime Policy: Maximum of 2 hours of overtime allowed per day.
• Maximum Access Time: 10 hours total per single day (Standard 8 Hours + 2 Hours Overtime).
• Long-Term Rental Packages:
  • Daily Package (8 Hours): AED 2,000 (Save AED 400)
  • Weekly Package (6 Days): AED 8,000 (Save AED 4,000)
  • Monthly Package (26 Days): AED 24,000 (Save AED 28,000)

Booking & Cancellation Terms:

• Downpayment Requirement: 50% of the amount is required as an advance deposit required to secure any booking slot.

Studio Rules & On-Site Guidelines:

• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 10 persons maximum on-site at any time (including all crew, clients, and talent).
• Damage Policy: Standard studio damage policy applies. The renting party assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the studio structure, rigging, DMX systems, or lighting equipment during the rental period.
